Who is the programme for?
A wide diversity of people can undergo the Connectome Connection programme, because the natural neuromodulation toolkits are tailored individually to achieve successful cognitive load management.
Those who would benefit from the programme include:
Professionals working in high-pressure arenas, such as the corporate environment
Working parents
Caregivers
Those suffering chronic physical or mental health disorders
Those who are experiencing, or have experienced burnout
Those who are currently feeling well, but seek to promote ongoing mental and physical wellbeing
The kinds of issues the Connectome Connection programme can help with include the following:
Mental fog
Poor productivity
Poor focus
Procrastination
Poor sleep
Lethargy
Tiredness
Burnout (past or current)
Anxiety
Panic
-
This does not have to be exclusively a medically diagnosed mental health disorder (although I can help with these conditions too). These mental health problems are at the more extreme end of the spectrum, but the emotions of anxiety and even panic can be experienced by everyone, especially when things are” full-on”. This includes those moments, or periods of time, when you feel fear, “on edge”, apprehension or dread.
Depression
-
This does not have to medically diagnosed (although I am able to support you with this). On the less severe end of the spectrum (which again is completely normal and can be experienced by everyone), you can have moments, or longer periods of time, when you feel down, low-energy, lethargic or sad.
Stress (mild, moderate or severe)
-
Stress may be felt transiently, or for more sustained periods of time, depending on what is happening in your life.
