Why does the programme work?

To optimise the success of the programme, I initially assess the way that your brain is uniquely wired through personality profiling and sensory modality assessments, before creating your customised toolkit of natural neuromodulation techniques.

  • The “pragmatic” pillar is based on a neurolinguistic programming model, in order to ensure that any strategy chosen for your toolkit is practical and realistic. This means any natural neuromodulation technique chosen is achievable in a busy day-to-day routine.
